It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of our dear friend and lead singer,
Jim Dunham.
Jim succumbed to complications related to cancer and other ailments on September 18, 2017.
Jim was a long time singer of cowboy songs, and a poet. He was the founder the Rusty Pistols Cowboy Band in late 2010 in the Prescott, Arizona area.
Jim was also a volunteer member of the Arizona Cowboy Poets Gathering and has worked on various committees for many years. Jim was a regular performer for many years at the gathering, performing solo, then with the band since 2011.

The Rusty Pistols Cowboy Band played many gigs, but they never played a gig without JIM. They may have played with out Donn or Duane or Bob, but never played a gig
with out JIM.
